In New England, we are very familiar with the problems and costly repairs ice dams can create. Newhouse and Sun has partnered with Thermal Technologies, a manufacturer that provides a product that eliminates ice dams. Our ice melt products melt away snow and ice from critical areas of the roof stopping the formation of ice dams.
We have many satisfied customers that didn't have to worry about ice dams during the 2010-2011 winter since the heated panels were installed.

2011 is the best time in Massachusetts to install solar panels on your residential or commercial building due to the incredible tax incentives, rebates and grants being offered this year.
We have partnered with Independent Power Systems , a SunPower Dealer, allowing us to offer a great product to our customers.
Once the panels are installed, the system would reverse your electric meter during the daylight hours, giving you credit, so that when the sun goes down, you begin using that credit. Our goal would be to zero out your bill, so that you don't owe the electric company any money. In turn, you would pay the solar company the money you would normally pay the electric company. Typically in about 4 to 7 years, the panels are paid off, and for the next 30 to 50 years you basically have free electric.
